Namaste Vapes is the leading online vaporizer store in the UK, Canada and 15 countries worldwide. Stockists of all major brands such as PAX, Storz & Bickel and DaVinci, they are a premium dry herb vaporizer store with a focus on affluent 24-35 year olds.
Our collaboration with Namaste Vapes allowed us to support them creatively throughout all touchpoints such as social media, email campaigning, site management and development.
A user-centric approach to UX makes Namaste customers the focus.
Redesigning the Namaste Vapes site was a process which placed the customer at the centre of focus. Using existing user data and extensive AB testing processes, we redesigned the user flow to make shopping easier and more enjoyable for the customer, as well as increasing conversion rates.
Our in-house photographers create bespoke imagery for promotions and social campagins. This means that we always have assets ready to promote any product, as well as allowing us more creative freedom with campaigns.
We created regular marketing campaigns for occasions and promotions with a full suite of images for use on the homepage, email campaigns and social media.
